PER CAPSULE: Collagen (marine) (FISH) 450mg, Capsule shell: vegetable cellulose 120mg, Vitamin C 50mg, Hyaluronic Acid 50mg
Directions
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water (2+ litres a day) when supplementing with hyaluronic acid.
