You can customize the level of compression band, wear it under or over socks, and with or without shoes to help relieve sore aching feet. One size fits most adults. Copper Fit Arch Relief Plus should provide compression but should not be worn so tight that it restricts circulation. Tight fitting garments can cause heat rash or other skin conditions, especially when hot and sweaty. If pain persists or a rash develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.
