Serving instructions
Delicious mixed with 150-200ml of milk (dairy or plant based) blended for 10 seconds or in a shaker after 30 seconds of vigorous shaking. For those with a sweeter tooth you may prefer to add a little extra sweetener of your choice. Also great for adding protein to your favourite foods.
1 full serving = 2 scoops (approximately 25g). Use as needed or 1-2 times daily.

Ingredients

Organic whey protein concentrate from organic (92.2%), unrefined organic coconut sugar (6.8%), ground organic Bourbon vanilla pods (1%)

Directions

Mix one serving (25g) with 150-200ml of milk or water and either shake vigorously for 30 seconds in a hand shaker, or whizz for a few seconds in a blender. Use as needed or 1-2 times daily. 25g = approximately 3 ½ tablespoons, 60ml, 1/4 cup, 2 scoops (not included), or for the best accuracy weigh on some scales.
